Our biggest breakthrough came when we teamed up with one of the leading members of ASTM Committee D20. Together, we developed a bag that is certified compostable while still protecting the freshness of our gummies.

Our bags are made from a combination of Kraft Paper, Biodegradable MOPP, and Compostable PLA (from sugarcane). This multilayer structure has been independently tested and is DIN CERTCO certified under ASTM D6400 and EN 13432 standards for industrial compostability.

This means that under proper composting conditions, the material will fully break down into CO₂, water, and biomass, leaving no harmful microplastics behind.
